Thank you to everyone who has submitted our form. No automatic booking confirmation will be sent, but please feel free to message us if you have any questions or concerns. Everyone who has filled in the form has been assign a room, meals and transport as requested.

Dresscode
Dresscode for the wedding
On Saturday, formal attire is ideal. This means a dark suit, a beautiful dress, or a stylish pant suit. It is also appropriate with bunad, the Norwegian national costume.
It is in no way a must, but feel free to keep "winter wedding in the mountains" in mind.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. In that case, we will provide some help to keep warm, but it is still important to bring warm outdoor clothing. There will be time to get out of the extra clothes between the ceremony and dinner.
The rest of the celebration will be held indoors in normal indoor temperatures.
Dresscode for the brunch
The sunday brunch will be an informal gathering. Plain clothes are fine, and there is no need to dress up.
Photography
We ask that you do NOT take photos during the wedding ceremony.
We have hired a professional photographer, and the photos will be made available when they are ready. Thank you for respecting this. The rest of the day you are welcome to take pictures. We would love for you to share them with us!

Transportation
If you’ve requested transportation to/from Oppdal S, pleace let us know your travel times. We’ll send someone to pick you up.
I’m arriving by car
Our guests can park for free in the yard. There is also paid mobile home parking and charging facilities.
I’m arriving by train
There are trains to Oppdal from both Trondheim and Oslo. You can plan and book your trip at entur.no.
From Oslo S the trip takes just over 5 hours. It is also possible to take the train directly from Oslo Airport. From Trondheim S the trip takes approx. 1.5 hours. Those flying to Trondheim Airport can take the train to Trondheim S, and change to the train to Oppdal there. The trip from Trondheim Airport to Oppdal takes approx. 2.5 hours.
We will arrange transport from Oppdal to Bortistu on Friday, and back after brunch on Sunday, for those who have indicated this in the RSVP. We will probably send cars as needed, so please let us know when you know which train you are arriving/departing on.
Accomodations
The rooms
Bortistu has several cabins of varying sizes, all in the yard right around the party venue. The rooms have 2 to 3 beds, and share the common rooms and bathrooms with the other guests in the same cabin
We have distributed the guests between the different cabins and rooms to the best of our ability, and have done our best to take into account all wishes and needs that we have received. Those who sent in the form together, stay in the same room. The rest get their own rooms. There are a few exceptions, but they know who they are.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns, but rest assured that if we know about the problem, it has most likely been solved.

Prices and payment
The prices below are those we have been given by Bortistu. There may be minor changes.
Friday to Sunday: 2290NOK per person
Saturday to Sunday: 1350NOK per person
Guests pay for their accommodation themselves. Settlement takes place at the reception upon departure.
Check in / Check out
Check-in and check-out are at the reception. Check-in opens at 3 pm. Check-out time has not yet been confirmed. See the schedule for the latest updates.
Other meals
As part of the celebration, we will be serving dinner+ on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. All meals outside of the celebration must be booked in advance.
We will accommodate any dietary restrictions that have been reported. Please let us know if there is anything you have forgotten to mention.

Friday - Dinner
Time: 7 - 9 PM Sted: The Stone Cellar Cost: 355NOK
On Friday evening, a game stew will be served in The Stone Cellar. Dinner will be served buffet-style, and drinks can be purchased at the bar.
Saturday - Breakfast
Time: 9 - 11 AM Sted: The Old Cabin Cost: 195NOK
A breakfast buffet will be served in The Old Cabin, between 9 and 11 AM, saturday morning.
Temperature
In January, temperatures tend to be between 5 and -15 degrees Celsius. It might be slightly warmer, but it might also be significantly colder. It is therefore important to bring warm outdoor clothing.
Whether it will be sunny, snowy or rainy, it is difficult to predict. We reccomend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and pack accordingly.
